The Estate Office is now fully staffed following Covid-19 restrictions.  Risk assessments have been carried out and Health and Safety protocols are in place. 

Work on tenanted properties is now also being carried out, again in line with Government guidelines providing the tenant is happy for contractors/Estate staff to attend.  Please advise the Estate Office beforehand if:

• You have been diagnosed with Covid-19 within 14 days
• You have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with or may have been exposed to Covid-19 within 14 days
• You are displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus
• You have visited any facility or location with confirmed Covid-19 cases
• Have recently travelled abroad, within 14 days to a country which requires isolation upon return
